For a month, three different chefs from the restaurant will offer three unique menus, " both respectful of For The Love of Food's commitments and focused on a country or region of the world ". Chefs will have to respect the seasonality, the sourcing, the constant prices, the anti-waste and the freshness of the products.
At the end of the meal, each guest will have to note the presentation, the flavors and the originality of the menu. Next spring, the top three chefs will win a prize worth up to 8000 euros.
